As little fun as it is, there are a few legalities I should talk about. I’ve tried to make this brief so that it isn’t confusing or sleep inducing. There may be issues that aren’t specifically addressed in these terms and our disclaimer. This isn’t intended to be all inclusive, but a general expression of the spirit of the Ministry here at Breath Of Life Online. If you are in doubt or have questions about something that isn’t covered here, please feel free to contact us.

Breath Of Life Ministries through BreathOfLifeOnline.net (hereafter The Ministry) takes licensing very seriously. The content we use on our website including, but not limited to the images and music used in our screensavers, wallpapers and other graphics comes from a variety of sources. Where it is in compliance with the licenses of the materials used, all rights of the Media will be reserved and belong to The Ministry.

The Ministry has made a good-faith effort to ensure that the media we use is free of all copyright restrictions or used in accordance with the media’s license. However, we do not guarantee the collection to be copyright-free and assume no liability or responsibility for any copyright infringement errors.

Regardless of the source of the summaries, data and media (collectively, the "Content"), the Creative Software and the resulting Screensaver creations are under a Proprietary license and not open source. The Screensaver Software may not be decompiled, reverse engineered or modified under any license.

 These materials are intended for private, personal use on an individual User's computer.

The Ministry does not include additional programming with its software. It is not intended for commercial use and The Ministry does not condone, include or attach ad-ware, spy-ware or any other ‘ware’ to the Screensaver and its installation program.

  Our media is intended for private, personal use on an individual User's computer. It may be freely given to others for the same purpose, but it must not be assimilated into a website's collection or gallery or used as content supporting any manner of commerce without prior written consent.

The Screensaver software must remain "AS IS", it must remain the work of The Ministry, and proper attribution must be given to The Ministry and those who’s content contributions are used to compile the software.
